I am the organizational performance specialist for Retail Division of LifeWay Christian Resources. I have a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from San Jose State University and am a Certified Performance Technologist.
I worked for nearly 8 years with the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST). My primary role was to design and develop online training courses. I also co-managed an extensive job analysis of follow-up investigators and was co-project manager on the development of a performance support system for writing search warrants.
I am originally from California and moved to Nashville in 2009. My wife homeschools our 6 children. I love golf but don’t get to play as much as I would like. In my free time I take care of our 5 acres north of Nashville and spend whatever time I have left with my kids (which is why I don’t play much golf).
